The Search for A Dream Stroller

When I was pregnant with my daughter, our first child. One of the first things my husband and I on our baby shopping list was a baby stroller. In my quiet but enthusiastic quest for a perfect stroller, I envisioned a stylish stroller glowing with cheerful color with a nice floral pattern.

Maybe it’s just me, but I think it is quite normal for us mothers to want a special stroller that matches our personality, a stroller that lives up to the faded memories of the doll strollers we used to push around the playroom before we all grew up. Unfortunately, the baby stores we visited offered just a few choices of rather chunky and heavy baby strollers in mostly plain monotonous colours. I suppose there was nothing terribly wrong with them: they were all practical (yet also unimaginative and dull). Back in the early 90’s, baby strollers weren’t one of the hot items on the drawing table of product designers.

Now these days, baby strollers are a lot different and are way better concerning looks and design. Here are a couple strollers I absolutely adore.

bugaboo-330x323The Bugaboo Chameleon is one of them. For starters, they come in nine colors of canvas or fleece tailored fabric. What’s best is that you can mix and match, and make each part of the stroller a different colour or fabric! With imagination, the combinations for your baby stroller personal stylization to match your style are nearly endless. On the practical side, the stroller base frame is made out of sturdy, lightweight, aluminium and has rugged wheels. With this guy, you can even take your baby out for a walk on a snowy day or on a sandy beach. This Mercedes of baby strollers can keep serving you until your baby grows over 37.5 lb.
